Learn holistic living and well-being, including mindful nutrition and how to Live Your Practice both on and off your yoga mat. Strengthen your organizational and teamwork skills while learning about the business of yoga. Take a look behind the scenes into the business of yoga. Work in a team environment to create a service project to support the local community.

WINTER 2021 DATES:

Friday evening 4 pm to 10 pm, Saturday 7:30 am to 10 pm and Sunday 7:30 am to 5 pm (start times are definite, end times may change):

February 12th to 14th, March 5th to 7th, March 19th to 21st, April 9th to 11th, April 23rd to 25th, May 7th to 9th, 2021

 

The training will be facilitated by Lisa Lee-Oswald, E-RYT 200 along with Courtney Griffin, E-RYT 500 and Derek Waddy, E-RYT 500. This is a Yoga Alliance approved school. Upon completion you will have the required training needed to apply for Registered Yoga Teacher status (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance.
